Engine Overspeed Shutdown
The engine has exceeded maximum speed and the ComAp controller has initiated an emergency shutdown. Overspeed protection prevents catastrophic engine damage from mechanical failure due to excessive rotational forces.

Default overspeed is typically 115% of rated speed - 1725 RPM for a 50Hz 1500 RPM engine. This is configurable but should not be set higher than engine manufacturer limits.
This is load rejection overspeed. When large loads disconnect suddenly, the engine accelerates. A properly tuned governor should control this within limits.
